"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. "This hotel needs to update its presentation on Expedia - I picked it because a) the rooms look great - most photos show a large bed b) they say they have a public bath and c) it's close to Tokyo Big Sight - BUT - after checking in a) I discovered I had unknowingly booked 'run of house' which means they gave me a room with two small single beds which was nothing like the photographs shown b) the public bath is US $15 per day and in the mall next door (which would be ok if that was made clear when booking because it is a nice spa) and c) yes, it's still close to Big Sight - Had to really make a bit of a fuss about how the presentation on Expedia was misleading before they changed me to a room with a large bed - but smaller room with no place to put a suitcase. Attitude of front desk staff was that I had made the 'error' when I booked but IMO the site is misleading. For value, convenience, free public baths onsite I'll stick with APA hotels moving forward - and even though those rooms are even smaller, they enable you to store stuff under the bed."
