"We got to the property early and asked for early check-in. Sabrina was fantastic! She did accommodate us and above and beyond our expectations! We managed to get in a hike of over 3 hours despite the rainy weather with rest before and sauna afterwards! What a great way to start our trip across Austria and Northern Italy! "Staff was great. Front desk very helpful. Restaurant outstanding. Unfortunately it was hot during our stay and hotel was not prepared. I understand no AC. Historically it was probably not needed, but with rising temps across Europe they need a supply of fans for rooms if requested. Our room faced the setting sun, so it was hot. Although we could open the window after sunset the room did not cool off. "
