「We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. 「If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!」

「My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the driveway entrance as the signs were not lit and partially obscured by the shrubbery. 「Beautiful family friendly condo/resort. We found an amazing deal on this website that allowed us to enjoy a week of relaxation and exploring. The views and condition of the resort was top notch. Our only complaint was that the floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise we would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a family.」
