Amazing location, poor customer service

Wrong location provided on app. Hosts told us they would let us in when we arrived, which would be later than expected. Hosts told us they would accomodate to this and would be able to check in when we arrived. We then arrived in the early hours of the morning and hosts would not answer calls or texts like they said they would. As a result, we were unable to check in and left on the street for hours. Map on app does not show the correct location of the acclimation and as a result we had to lug heavy suitcases up a very large staircase for no reason. Apartment was clean, however very basic. Great view was only reason for 1 star.
