"Looks can be deceiving. Out in front was a kareokee party ar the Canoe House (which is attached). Once you walk into the hotel that you go loud vibe fades. The hotel has beautiful wood work and firstly class n service My husband was in the ER and they immediately checked me into my room, helped me deliver the bags and asked how they could help. Whether you have needs or not they are always asking how they can help. They have a shared car service for free. Meaning they will drive you anywhere around the island an in a van or car free. The morning breakfast is free and can also be turned into room service for a small amount. Same with the famous Canoe House and their food can also Ben room services for a small fee. Now we did meet another couple on the island who rented a car and said the parking here wasn’t so bad they left. I don’t know aa i only used the car service. He was so nice when i needed to ho get a prescription he dropped me at the hospital and waited with me. Great hotel and would stay again!"

"The hotel manager Mr Oya is very helpful provided all the information you need. The room is large and location is excellent 5 mins walk to downtown center. For divers, the hotel also provide washing station for your gear cleaning, very convenance. Room is very clean, the hotel service is great! I highly recommended if you come to Palau stay with Garden place in Koror, you won't be disappointed ! "

"It's an boat, or a yacht. They really went extra miles to make passengers happy. All activities including diving, snorkeling, outings from morning to night, you won't get bored. Totally over 10 or 12 maybe more passengers on the boat. I think the number of staff were the same or more. Very helpful and very friendly! They used speedboat to pick us up at the hotel and the same way to transfer us to the land and went to the airport by car. Our flight was at 6pm, so they let us got off the boat at 3:30. Very considerable! The food was great! A leisure way to travel around Palau."

"I liked that the building is pretty new. There's no carpet anywhere, which makes the whole place cleaner in general. The A/Cs work well in the room and the furniture and set-up are very sleek, modern, and practical. You have PLENTY of desk and counter space in the main room, and a little kitchen-nook, with a counter containing an automatic kettle, with tea and coffee packets and mugs/cups. There's a fridge but no microwave. The closet contains a safe, folding luggage stool, a robe, and anti-theft hangers. The bed is super comfortable - a tad high for short people, but still manageable in terms of getting on/off. The bathroom is equally clean and sleek. The sink is a stylish basin, designed to help with splashes, and sits atop open, floating cupboards underneath for towels and toilet paper. There's no hair dryer, but little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided (all decent), as well as toothbrushes with tiny tubes of toothpaste, 2 clean glass cups, disposable razors, and slippers (kind of low-quality, but didn't even need them because the floor tiles were not uncomfortably cold and were very clean). The showerhead was great, water pressure good and strong - good shower/tub unit with clear sliding door. There's a little metallic floating shelf with a draining grill-bottom and sides for your shower bottles and other supplies. The toilet has an automatic bidet system - nice! I'd stay here again. Oh, and there's a decent restaurant on1st floor - taste and $."
