「WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. 」

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und auch die Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten sind in allen Variationen vorhanden. Abends gibt es wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat auch ein Buffet oder es besteht die Möglichkeit kostenpflichtig etwas aus der Karte zu bestellen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berät einen sehr gut bei der Weinauswahl. Das Hotel hat kein Spa, es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum...
