"The hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station. It is close to the shopping areas and many restaurants were located nearby. The only drawback was that the public bath was closed at midnight which was a bit rush for those who returned to the hotel late. It would be better if the public bath could be extended to, say, 1 am."
"The hotel room is very hot, no window can be opened, not even a gap can be opened for fresh air.
Also, no laundry room, quite inconvenience to travellers, the hotel nearby, hotel livemax, TokyoINN both have laundry room as basic facilities. "
