Beautiful newly renovated and modern equipped flat in family house only 3 km from Old town in Kotor.Flat have 2 terraces,one is inside flat,and other is garden terrace with bbq and both of them with astonishing view on Boka Bay,and it's only 60m from the sea and 100 m from the new builded 'Huma Hotel'.Flat is spacious with 2 bedrooms,2 toilets,bathroom and large living room with modern equipped kitchen.We have private secured parking with optional garage.We are just above the main road.Thank you for visiting us and welcome.

A fabulous apartment as described, spotlessly clean and the host was so responsive and helpful. Great location, lovely coastal walk into Kotor but also a great base to explore this beautiful country . The views from the apartment are stunning and it was great to have parking on site too . I would definitely recommend this !

A clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment with stunning views over the Bay of Kotor. The property is on a main road but the views provided ample distraction from any road noise. The bedrooms are at the rear of the property and were very quiet. We had a hire car so the convenient on site parking was much appreciated. It took around 30 minutes to walk to the old town along the very pleasant and level waterfront. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance so you don’t have to walk into Kotor to eat. The waterfront is 5 minutes walk from the apartment with small beach areas and bathing platforms. All in all the apartment provided a great base for exploring the beautiful country of Montenegro. Sako was an excellent host and very helpful.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig, gepflegt und in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Vermieter Sako ist sehr freundlich, unterstützend und hilft jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen. Was nicht so schön war, ist der Lärm der Durchgangsstraße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Schlafzimmer liegen allerdings hinten raus, dort ist es ruhiger.Einziger echter Schwachpunkt ist die Wasserversorgung. Wir hatten (unabhängig von einem Wasserrohrbruch, für den niemand etwas kann) täglich für mehrere Stunden kein Wasser (d. h. die gesamte Kommune), z. B. von 9 bis 14 Uhr. Als Pärchen konnten wir damit leben, aber für eine Familie wird das im Zweifel zum Problem.

Great base for exploring the region

The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps and over the Ladder of Kotor. Plenty of lovely restaurants within a short stroll. Handy for the airport. Hire car useful, but not essential.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé, parfaitement propre. Grande discrétion de Sako, mais grande disponibilité si besoin. Seule surprise pour nous : quelques kms pour se rendre au centre de Kotor, information non indiquée dans la présentation.

Absolutely perfect!

Not only was this rental reasonable in price, it had plenty of space and spectacular views. Our host gave us everything we needed and answered any questions we had. He was very quick in responding! We had a rental car, and the apartment had space for parking and was just a short drive from Kotor. But it was also far enough out of Kotor that it was nice and calm and quiet. If I were to make it back to the Bay of Kotor, I would definitely consider staying here again!

it was brilliant apartment and location. owners are very nice and friendly people. over everything viewed within the property. kids and we even got a welcome gift. everything on everything a big 5 stars and complement. highly recommended and worth repeating! Thanks for everything!
