"We booked a deluxe family suite. What we got was a basic room with a queen bed and a sofa bed with about 2 feet of clearance to navigate between . TV did not work entire time we were there despite staff trying to change out the remote. Fridge did not work although we were told housekeeping would look after it. Staff was pleasant enough but issues still did not get resolved. We feel it wasn’t worth what we were charged and requested a reduction in our rate but …"

"If I asked a question they helped with a smile. The restaurant food was good and they used the same staff for hotel and restaurant. This staff does a lot of multitasking. They walked me to the hop on hop off bus. The called a taxi for me when I left. I had a wonderful experience."

"The staff was great, the room was clean. We had a small issue with our door not locking, but that was sorted quickly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night, but we would stay there again. Hopefully they will offer breakfast soon. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Big family room, great roof top bar and pool area - better than those in the city centre. Great breakfast. Only downside was the loud banging and maintenance work being done in the early hours / mornings. Would have been nice to have known this before arriving to see about moving rooms or changing out travel timings."
