「De airco ging pas laat aan en maar voor enkele uurtjes. Oktober was een koude maand. Veel koude gehad in de kamer.」

「This hotel is wonderful. The food is really tastey, they have lots of variety to cater for everyone. The hotel is lovely and the staff are all really nice. It’s in a perfect location, you can walk to the beach or to some local shops or to the harbour. We didn’t need to leave the area, everything we needed was there! I gave a 4 for cleaning on the basis that some of the cleaners just pushed the dirt around, I wasn’t really sure what they were doing and we had a garden room and you could smell...

「Had an amazing time. I came solo and felt safe the entire trip. Bar staff were very nice and drinks were 10/10」

「Staff were all so lovely and the property is stunning. The studios are very spacious and the amenities and restaurants are easy to book and the food was great across the board. They also have a free shuttle a few times a day to the town which is fantastic <3」

「Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby.」

「Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!」

「I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

「Staff was wonderful! Outside garden is beautiful! Needs to update the rooms!」

「Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.」

「Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Leider viele Handtuchreservierer am Pool.」

「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

「We very much enjoyed staying at the Nest. The facilities are great, the pool is large and very clean and lounge chairs are comfortable. Our room was spacious and lovely and we even got upgraded for the extra night we decided to stay to one of the beautiful villas. The staff is really the highlight. All kind and gracious, they made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the Nest Resort and we would come back again.」

「The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. 」
