"The staff here is incredibly kind and conscientious. This property is a hidden gem. Such a value - perfect amenities on a lovely tranquil estate like setting. A stones throw from the services of a full service hotel. I liked it so much I changed my reservations to stay again when I returned to Krakow. Wonderful! "

"Staff was very nice and helpful but the room was dirty didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. The room was a lot smaller than what the pictures showed but was enough"

"Cozy and beautiful, common areas were well maintained and nice as well. Location is fantastic. Only thing that brings my score down is the shower sensor that does not allow for a comfortable experience whatsoever. All in all would recommend though."

"I upgraded to a private room when I got there so I didn’t really get to experience the shared room. It was a great location. I love that. I had a private outdoor courtyard to get to my room and a private Terrace. The room itself was small but doable nice little bathroom, hot water in the shower. The only thing is that when it rains the ceiling leaked and I had to put the garbage pail to get the water but no big deal. They do deliver breakfast to your room which is nice and the people that worked...

"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"It was alright, but the window in my room did not close fully despite all of my efforts. I had to cram a towel in the crack just to get some sleep because it was so loud. Otherwise a good experience."

"Clean hotel. Good location. In walking distance to the Old Town, central train station, and central bus station. Each takes around 10-15 minutes walk. Only downside is that my room was without a mini refrigerator ( or minibar in hospitality jargon)"
"Absolutely lovely hotel. The room was amazing & The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant was also lovely - would definitely recommend. Overall this hotel delivered a wonderful experience for a birthday trip."

10/10 Excellent
"Everything was lovely, very clean, great staff.
My only complaint is that there was no heating on anywhere, it was very cold.
I felt the cold everywhere.
I feel this time of the year there should be heating on. "
"The room was clean, good room service. Only thing to note is the toiletries are nice but provided in a wall dispenser which is quite difficult to get the product out of. If you have any issues with your hands bring your own or maybe ask reception as to be fair to them we didn't ask, they may provide alternative.

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay in, very close to the Jewish quarter and with good transport and restaurant options around it.
My room was very spacious and well maintained. Bed extremely comfortable and the room came with the full range of facilities, including fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Hotel staff were delightful to deal with and very accommodating regarding early check-in and storage of luggage. The adjoining bar and restaurant were excellent also.
Had a great stay here and would highly recommend it."
