「Great and helpful staff. We were headed to Ukraine with trucks for the army. They provided extra parking, an early beautiful breakfast and even packed us snacks for the road. We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast plentiful. But most of all the staff was so gracious and caring.」

「First of it’s not a Hotel. It’s a Motel! The lobby looks nice on the picture. The entrance to the rooms are directly from the outside. They had us go to the second floor with the luggage. No elevator or any assistance.We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Rooms are very small. We were not able to stay in this room. Also the room was cold. I do not recommend that stay! 」

You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers. 「Weird place. On the water, I knew. It’s a bunch of houseboats, I learned. Nice rooms, 5 per houseboat, with an unfortunate twist: bed upstairs, everything else downstairs. Inconvenient if you have to get up in the middle of the night. A steep and narrow staircase connects. It’s hard to reach (cars can’t go there), over poorly maintained footpaths. Directly behind is a loud carnival. Breakfast is a coupon for a restaurant next to the carnival. Food is fine though.」

「The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, there's a couple of tram lines that stop near the hotel and will take you to all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes and run very frequently. It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. I was able to get inside with another guest and was waiting in the lobby for a while until someone told me I needed to send a message to the management to get the...

「Das Hotel ist wunderbar, das Essen exzellent und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr laut, weil ständig Stühle gerückt werden. Da ließe sich durch Filzgleiter unter den Stuhlbeinen leicht Abhilfe schaffen.」
