The worst experience in my life
That was the worst experience I had with my rentals. When we got there and open the door we got hit with disgusting smell in the whole apartment especially in the lower level. It smelled like mold and sewage. When we went to wash our hand there were little white bugs inside the towels. The living room sofa and chairs has disgusting stains on them. My son that has asthma got sick so we left after 15 minutes. We try to contact the host but there is no direction line just chat that takes forever to answer. After contacting customer service from vrbo the host finally responded to me telling me that there is no refunds. He ofert us 3 apartments that were smaller and cheaper then the one we rent. After telling him I don’t like any of them they told us that all they can do for us, no money back. After 5h on the phone and chat back and forth we were first to pick one of the apartment or loose our money. The 2nd apartment was in nice neighborhood but was very old and had the same issue. It was dirty, mold on shower curtains, stains on beds and spiders webs with bugs everywhere. I will never ever rent apartment from noclegi.pl ( renters.pl) they ruin my whole day that we had plan and our experience of Krakow. Coming to that apartment and knowing how dirty it is just makes me cry.
Please don’t rent from them. What is on the pictures and what is the reality that 2 different stories. You don’t want to have the same experience that my family had to go through.
