“My stay was truly enjoyable and memorable. The property was well maintained, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the pleasant atmosphere. Everything made my stay relaxing and hassle-free. I had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.”

“Tutto perfetto ”

“It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.”

“Normalerweise schreibe ich keine so schlechten Bewertungen. Ich kann natürlich die Unterkunft nicht mit anderen aus der Gegend vergleichen. Es ist aber so, dass diese von einer Europäerin geführt wird und ich deswegen auch von gewissen Grundgegebenheiten ausgehen darf. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und ohne jeglichen Komfort. Lediglich Klimaanlage was ein muss ist. Abendessen na ja geht gerade so. Frühstück unterirdisch. Sag ich nichts dazu. Solltest du dir selbst ein Bild machen. Das alles wäre……

“The hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. A/C worked and we had hot water in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was not well mantained/organized.”

“Overall speaking, it is a good experience - the staff are friendly, old fashion construction. But, really really complete on the bathroom - bathtub water drains just slow, furthermore, the construction of shower bath room just totally room, it cannot stop the water from shower "flow" out. after shower, the whole bathroom just "flood"”

“sedap hotel ni dekat dengan restoran，kedai dan sebagainya. senang nak ke mana mana. katilnya besar dan selesa. pekerja hotel ramah mesra. tandas pun bersih. hawa dingin sangat sejuk”

“Staff are friendly n helpful ”

“The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.”

“房間頗宽闊，房窗可打开，方便拍日出照片。大浴巾虽洁淨但已殘舊，不应再用，亦无面巾提供！”

“Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was……

“職員有禮, 房間大, 但浴室內設計不好”

“The hotel is located in an easily accessible area that is close to different hiking trails and close to Tanah Rata. My husband and I joined the jungle trekking organized by the hotel and we had done Trail 10 with a guide who is super informative teaching us all kinds of plants in the jungle. It’s worth doing that. The best part of our 4 nights stay is our massage in their Spa. We had a 30 mins tea bath first followed by a Malay massage. The service is very good and the massage is almost the……
