"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained. Just had an issue with hair in the bed when we turned down the sheets. Other than that, room was clean but definitely needs an update. Bikes were available as well as movies to watch. Kind of centrally located for what we had to do."

"This property may have been beautiful decades ago but it unfortunately has not been updated since that time. The rooms were wet with humidity due gaps in the door, paint was chipped and warn, and the hallway floors were stained due to water/mildew. The grounds and gym were a 10 out of a 10, but overall the property is extremely dated and the expansive property makes it a challenge to navigate and is very time consuming to get to the lobby."

"Hotel was being renovated in the building we stayed in which was fine until we heard loud construction happening in the next room including all the drilling, hammering and a de humidifier in the hallway. The lobby was under renovations so in order to get to our room we had a maze of up to 3 the crossing over a bridge then elevator down to 2 etc it was a hassle for sure. I was disappointed in all this. Also we called the bell desk a Cpl times because we had questions and they didn’t answer. The view was stunning, the pools amazing, and we enjoyed that aspect of it. Can’t say that we’ll be staying here again though for these reasons."
