The room was spotless and had a good view. Everything went well except we were not given the right direction to the theatre which was tough on elderly relatives (were told to go via Hobson Street!!)

Room was not very clean... floor were sticky and closets shelfs needed to be dusted. Lots of amenities were missing and we had to ask many times... great location but very poor service. Really not what we expected for a luxury hotel... even the room service that was supposed to be done after 3 days ...

The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Cooking and laundry facilties . Close to the main areas of the town. The neighbourhood was quiet as well. Parking was provided for a fee but there was Wilson parking cheaper near by.
