Most of the staff very helpful but sometimes the language barrier became an issue for sign language. Wifi was horrible, most times didn't have any or very slow. The breakfast was minimal but a little more than just cereal, and you had to pay for any drink except coffee during breakfast hours. "It’s an amazing new Turkish hotel in the middle of downtown area close to the mall and great coffee places. Staff are very proactive to your wishes. The rooms were kept clean daily and the owner was kind enough to extend the departure time"
