Quiet and spacious, friendly staff

We only stayed for one night, but it was centrally located and close to several great restaurants as well as the beach. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

it was close proximity to the beach and everything,the first room i stayed in smelled like smoke.The breakfast needs improvement,you shouldn't take the room with breakfast option,that way you can go get the different options from outside. I would stay again

I first stayed at the Berlian Inn 41 years ago -although I preferred the outdoor bathroom they are presently renovating around the complex -the addition of the swimming pool is great & as each room is replastered & painted it will add freshness to this quiet ,nice garden, easy walk to shops /dinner / beach down Popies 1 accomodation-The staff are very friendly & helpful -It a good reminder that this is a cheap option & people staying should remember that when critical -I stayed for a month & my only suggest is perhaps towels could be retired & some new ones provided -Thank you for a very easy & pleasant stay -will be returning

Overall is ok. Toilet big but bad odour. No toiletries. Need to ask from them or bring your own. The staffs are super friendly. Easy access to Kuta beach, walking distance. Many shops and places to chill. Love it.

Quick pit stop stay

Basic room, no toiletries, a bit noisy, hard bed and pillows. Bit cleaned thoroughly, sand throughout floor and since it's an open shower l, water goes all over towards sink and toilet. Noisy and have to walk down a sketchy alley. Besides those hick ups the positive is location and near a lot of restaurants and across the beach was the bonus. Also has a nice size pool. Staff was nice and helpful. I'd recommend only if you're not picky and just need a place to sleep not hang out.

Nice place to stay. Beautiful pool. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had a problem with our ac but the staff came to fix right away. Great location to beach/shopping/restaurants. Room smelled musty and outdated but was good for short stay. Bed was comfortable. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

The room was too stuffy and uncomfortable. You wouldn't want to stay in a room with a fan so high up in the ceiling you can barely feel anything. And as much as you want to leave the door and window open the whole night, it wouldn't be wise to do so because of the mosquitoes. The air circulation in the room needs major improvement. But the staffs were friendly. Breakfast was okay, expected for the price being paid. Hotel not too far from the beach, pretty quiet place, away from the noisy clubs but close enough if you want to get anywhere in Kuta.
