The Gora Beach Inn in Kuta is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I have been making return visits to this family run inn for nearly 20 years and will continue to return, the welcome always warm and my stays always a pleasure. Granted the busy street entrance is deceiving when it comes to the property inside for past the lobby and the older rooms the space opens up and what is revealed is an oasis of peace- a beautiful beautiful pool surrounded by lush gardens and clean, comfortable rooms- a true escape from the crowded, crazy streets of Kuta lying only meters away. The prices for stays are beyond reasonable and are friendly to budget conscious travelers and being a family run business every stay is like a visit to old friends, visits I have cherished in the past and look forward to in the future. L’hôtel est vraiment au top, le personnel est génial, la piscine est super cool. Je recommande si vous souhaitez avoir un super hôtel pour votre séjour, n’hésitez pas ! En plus il y a des supers bons restaurants autour de l’hôtel, toutes les commodités, ça permet de passer de très bonnes vacances.

Vomit on bathroom wall and floor behind door. Smashed glass outside room next to pool and smashed glass in pool. Airconditioner in 3 seperate rooms we tried didnt work - at all. Disgusting stains on all bedding. Reception staff wouldnt clean smashed glass. Staff pretended to not understand us, when they understood an hour earlier.

The location of the inn was great, as you had a short distance to the beach, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and skygarden just around the corner. The poolarea was also very nice, and the breakfast okey. Altought our room was really worn down and NOT clean.

Mitten im Chaos

Wer ein günsigen Hotel mitten in Kuta sucht und keinerlei Konfort brauch, ist hier richtig. Ansonsten würd ich es nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer bueten zwar das nötigste jedoch ist man froh wenn man es wieder verlassen kann. Wir hatten ursprünglich 3 Nächte gebucht, haben aber nach der 1. Nacht in ein neues Hotel gewechselt weil es für uns viel zu laut uns schmudelig war. Für 1 Nacht io ansonsten nein.
