The staff at this hotel are attentive and engaging. They genuinely go out of their way to attend to your every need. The property is very well maintained with high standard of cleanliness.
The restaurant food and service was poor, gym facilities essentially unusable, loud on main street and intersection, and awful food. The breakfast is reasonable. Limited English among staff, so service was wanting. It is not a four star experience at all.

The staff and service was outstanding we really enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel is located on a busy major road but when inside you couldn’t hear any of the traffic noise. we caught a taxi everywhere. It’s a good stop over hotel if passing through. The hotel itself needs updating and upgrading. Worn and stained carpets in the corridors chipped doors and skirting’s loose floor board around the pool the room needed a proper bar fridge. it was clean and the room was large and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it’s not a luxury resort it’s a good working hotel

I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Kuta, and overall, my experience was satisfactory with a few standout positives and some notable drawbacks.
The location is on a busy road, but surprisingly, the room was very quiet — and that was my top priority. I was pleased to have a peaceful, noise-free room, which made a big difference to my stay. I booked the Deluxe Grand room, and the size was good and comfortable.
The staff at this hotel are definitely a highlight — polite, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to breakfast service to the car park attendants, everyone was kind and helpful.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room, the breakfast area, and the overall property felt dirty and neglected. Everything looks very outdated, which adds to the impression of poor hygiene even if it’s just age-related wear. The bathroom, particularly the bathtub/shower, was not clean.
The swimming pool on level 2 is small — not really suited for actual swimming — and the gym was okay but nothing special.
Despite the drawbacks, I did extend my stay. I would stay here again if I needed to, mainly for the quiet rooms and great service. However, don’t expect a modern, high-end feel — it lacks the polish of a true luxury hotel due to how outdated and worn it is.

Nice and relaxing stay
Our stay was good the people were very nice and polite and willing to please can’t fault them.the only thing was the breakfast the coffee was only percolated too strong for me the apple juice was so watered down it wasn’t nice the sweetener sachets was wet it wouldn’t come out but apart from that our stay was nice the bed was very comfy and the pillows were great thank you

Mattress needs to be replaced. Too old and no back support now.
It’s not very clean. There were a lot of mold in the bathroom. They need to clean the place and all the cracks down with bleach .

Hotel is full of mosquitos and rooms are definitely older than what is shown on the official photos. Furthermore, there was a huge problem on the second day with our reservation. The hotel reception pretended that our reservation was cancelled (from us). We showed them on our app that the booking was still active and that we did not cancel anything. They did not believe us and let us wait 1 hour (10-11 PM!!). Then they wanted an additional deposit and tried to sell as “direct special rate” (which was more expensive than the rate we booked for anyway). We did not accept. And the next day they realized that THEY did a mistake and did not even apologize. The only thing we received was a fruit platter in our room but no further comment was made. Conclusion: Will definitely not come back.
Would never stay here. I wouldn’t recommended anyone stay here. From the day we got there , I started crying because of how awful the place was. I was trying to cancel , but wasn’t able to do so. The place was disgusting , not clean even though housekeeping had apparently cleaned the rooms. The sheets were stained , the bathroom , everything. I dreaded coming back to the place every time. Same with my family. The staff wouldn’t understand anything I was saying (yes I know the language barrier , but I was using google translate and showing them what I was saying). They tried to charge me for laundry , when they initially told me it was for free. They would mess up the food that we ordered, after it happened three times we gave us ordering food. I know it looks good online , but looks nothing like that in person. Take it from one persons mistake please
