Polite staff
Staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. We were trying to find an onsen with a sauna, and the lady rang around for us. The place is very clean. Good location to food,station and attractions

Very pleasant and friendly place. Traditional hostel in 100 year old building. It is very small so expect to be in close quarters with other guests.
