The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were lovely! I loved the Japanese style breakfast we had! It was really nice that they also had activities, I was able to participate in a green tea ceremony. It was close to shopping and food nearby. I love to stay here again.

This place is great, it was our first time staying at a ryokan. The staff’s hospitality and service is 10/10. The futons were very soft and comfy. A lot of space in the room. Only downside for us was it’s kinda far from the station so just a lot of walking. Will recommend!

We enjoyed a Koto concert, tea ceremony, traditional Japanese breakfast, loved our room, there is a Public Bath, and it’s a quick walk to the Family Mart! This is such a lovely hotel, it being clean and staff are friendly. We were completely immersed into the Japanese culture where we were offered the typical Kyoto breakfast (there is a small fee to pay for breakfast ) and experienced the tea ceremony. The hotel also offer free 2h walking tour and a 30 min Koto performance.
