Should not be on your list

Never come back to this property again. The heater is very noisy, couldn't sleep and the public area is so cold. It's not a ryokan , it s should be a motel.

老闆完全沒有站在住宿者的立場去經營民宿，牙刷沒有牙膏，只給看起來有點髒的薄浴巾而且沒有洗臉毛巾，沐浴乳和洗髮精還加水稀釋，真是糟透了。 第一天提早到飯店想說先寄放行李，老闆竟然還要收寄放費1000日幣，更誇張還多算我住宿費用，後來拿預定的電腦單才退我錢，非常不愉快的住宿~

struttura carina ma gestione pessima

Posizione ottima e camere tradizionali molto carine. Purtroppo molte note negative: - mi hanno chiesto il pagamento in contanti anche se da sito accettavano carta di credito. Ho dovuto insistere per poter utilizzare la carta - questo potrebbe essere un misunderstanding: avevo richiesto una camera con bagno e mi hanno dato una camera con bagno comune (per le altri camere era indicato il fatto che fosse condiviso, io avevo scelto questo ryokan proprio per il bagno privato) - ho pagato più di quanto scritto sulla prenotazione e non sono stata l'unica: altri ospiti hanno avuto lo stesso problema e la responsabile alla richiesta di spiegazioni ha messo le scarpe ed è uscita... - ci siamo fermati più di una settimana e non ci sono stati dati nè lenzuola pulite (ovviamente non ci aspettavamo di averle pulite tutti i giorni ma almeno un cambio...) nè asciugamani nuovi (qua un po' più problematico, ho dovuto cercare io dove erano tenuti quelli puliti) - l'armadio porta-futon era zeppo di roba vecchia di proprietà del ryokan: per noi nessun problema ma non abbiamo trovato molto corretto che le camere degli ospiti venissero usate come magazzino, soprattutto per il prezzo pagato Il ryokan non è male nè come posizione nè come struttur,a ma abbiamo trovato la responsabile molto scortese

Déception

La propriétaire n'est pas accueillante, pas d'explications, une erreur involontaire (j'ose le croire)sur le prix à payer, pas de taie d'oreiller, pas de thé, quatre nuits et pas de dialogue avec cette dame. Nous sommes restés 18 jours au Japon, c'est la première fois qu'on est reçu de cette façon. Nous y avions été il y a six ans, le ryokan était tenu pas son fils, c'était plus accueillant et plus chaleureux, d'où cette nouvelle réservation....Mais quelle déception.

最低最悪、紹介してほしくない

歯ブラシ・ﾀｵﾙ・ﾊﾞｽﾀｵﾙ・ﾄﾞﾗｲﾔｰ・枕ｶﾊﾞｰなし・ﾃﾚﾋﾞは点いたがﾘﾓｺﾝは壊れてる、 宿泊は4階だったがﾄｲﾚは3階ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰなし、ﾌﾛﾝﾄに電話しても誰も出ない、部屋に鍵 もないﾎﾃﾙﾏﾝもいない、4階にｼｬﾜｰﾙｰﾑがあったがお湯がでない。 なぜかﾍﾞｯﾄﾞが3台あり1台ｼｰﾂがあったが他の2台は汚い。

Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel

The woman at the front desk was rude and tried to demand more money. There were no toiletries in the public bathroom and the light in the bathroom didn't work. It was loud and the walls are thin so you can hear all of the other tenants. The room was dirty and had broken furniture and one small pillow for three beds.

交通の便がよい和風旅館

京阪本線七条大橋駅から至近の宿。京都駅へのバスの停留所にも近い。私が泊まったのは、古い和室で、非常に狭いトイレ・バスのユニットがついていた。布団は粗末だが、寝るだけならば十分だ。　エアコンもついている。　　部屋の鍵はかかるが、外出時に鍵を箱の中に入れさせるのだが、他の宿泊者の鍵を取っていくことができる情況でセキュリティ上、不安になる。

ネット決済したはずなのに、チェックイン時に支払いを要求されました。また、カードも使えなくて現金でした。 部屋も追加料金を払ってバス、トイレ付にしませんか？とか、断るとこのプランの部屋は準備出来てたかな？なんて言われちゃいました。 部屋は床がぶかぶかしてて、カーテンのサイズも窓に合って無い、二度と利用しません。

Dårligste oplevelse af ophold nogen sinde

Starter dårligt med at vi ankommer 15 min før kl 16.00 checkin tid og bliver nærmest smidt ud. Da vi checker ind, vil ejerinden kun tage cash og giver ingen kvittering og opkræver mere end aftalt for et dårligere værelse end bestildt. Hun er extrem snu på alle måder og vi hører hele tiden utilfredse gæster klage over at de er blevet snydt og at hun er uærlig! Vælg kun dette sted hvis ALT andet er optaget.

We booked two double rooms with a bathroom. But when we arrived we were put in one tiny room (4 people) with no bathroom and two of the walls were sliding doors to other rooms. This was challenging as my son woke up early in the morning and disturbed the people in the room next door. But what could we do? We didn't have any walls for sound insulation. At first it was suggested by the owner that we just use 3 futons because the room was so small. Two of the pillows did not have pillow cases The owner of the hotel did not understand why we were upset and although she offered us a discount, it was not enough compensation for the inconvenience. On the second night we were given two rooms as we had booked, and we were happy with these rooms. Overall our experience was very disappointing.

ที่พักค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ แท็กซี่ส่วนใหญ่ไม่รู้จัก นอกจากต้องให้ดูแผนที่อย่างละเอียด ห้องพักชั้นสี่อยู่บนดาดฟ้า และไม่มีห้องน้ำ (ห้องน้ำอยู่นอกห้องพัก พื้นที่ประมาณ 1 ตรม.) ห้องส้วมแยกต่างหาก ต้องลงมาใช้ร่วมกับผู้ที่พักอยู่ในชั้น 3 --- ทั้งที่จองไปแบบเสียเงินสำหรับมีห้องน้ำ. เราจองไป 2 ห้องชนิดมีห้องน้ำในห้อง และขอให้อยู่ใกล้กัน ปรากฏว่าห้องแรกอยู่ชั้น 2 (มีห้องน้ำห้องส้วมขนาดเล็กมากตามมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น) ห้องที่สองอยู่ชั้น 4 สภาพตามที่บรรยายไว้ข้างบนนี้ ไม่มีลิฟท์และบันไดชัน/แคบ หากมีผู้สูงอายุไปด้วย ไม่สะดวกมาก ๆ ที่นอนสภาพปานกลาง ผ้าเช็ดตัว (สภาพเหมือนผ่านการใช้งานมามากกว่า 1 ปี) แก้วน้ำรวมอยู่ชั้นล่างพร้อมน้ำเย็นและน้ำร้อน+ชา ต้องลงมาเอาขึ้นไปเอง แก้วน้ำเป็นขวดเหล้าสาเกที่นำมาล้างแล้วใส่รวมกันในถาด

糟糕旅館

1.沒有按訂房網上的價格收費！ 2.早上去放行李時，告知房號「307」，晚上回旅館時，竟告知因為她的錯誤，我們必須第一晚住4樓，第二晚住「301」。但是4樓卻是非常糟糕！ 3.我們後來決定取消兩晚的住宿！

也許是住在地下所以房間滿大的，沒有遇到不潔的問題，舊式門鎖超級難鎖。 日本國民超級準時的，住了幾間旅館，都準時在check out 時間morning call,15-30mins便立即有人上來通知做清潔，真佩服！

급하면 이용하면 좋지만 그닥 추천은 힘듭니다.

교토에서 료칸느낌나는곳들이 대부분이 비싼곳이라 어쩔수 없이 가격으로 봐서 예약한곳입니다. 일단 지하철역과 교토역에서 걸어갈수준이라 예약했고 청수사에서 멀지 않아서 나름 예약했지만 좀더 비용지불해셔서 카와라마츠거리쪽 예약하시거나 교토역주변을 좀더 추천드리고 싶네요. 방음적인부분이나 공동시설활용에서 부족한점이 많이 보이고 시설에 뭐가 제공되는지 어렵습니다. 그냥 지나쳐 간다고 하심될듯 하네요. 남성분들이야 잠깐 머물고 하루 지나간다면 좋겠지만 일단 청결점수는 별로, 공동시설쓰는것때문에 혹시라도 잘못하면 힘든부분이 많이 보일거 같네요.

절대 가지 마세요. 충격과 공포였습니다.

1. 호텔스닷컴에서 욕실있는 1인방을 4500엔에 예약하고 갔는데 숙소에 도착하니 욕실이 있는 방은 7000엔, 욕실이 없는 방은 5000엔으로 가격이 두 배 가까이 올랐습니다.욕실이 있는 방이 있어서 여길 예약했는데 비싼 가격에 황당했습니다. 하지만 이런 집에서 7000엔이나 주고 묶기는 싫어서 5000엔으로 욕실 없는 방을 예약했습니다. 2. 방은 옥상 구석에 가건물로 지은 방이었습니다. 안전장치도 제대로 안 되어 있고 창문도 약해 보여서 정말 너무너무 무서웠습니다. 저 혼자 있는 걸 알고 누군가 와서 해코지를 해도 전혀 모를 방이었습니다. 바람에 창문이 흔들렸고 조그만한 소리에도 놀랐습니다. 극심한 공포 속에 뜬눈으로 밤을 지세우다 아침이 되자마자 서둘러 나왔습니다. 3. 욕실은 가건물 방을 나가서 옆에 임시로 만들어진 샤워장을 사용해야 했습니다. 즉, 뻥뚫린 옥상에 있는 샤워실을 쓰고 나와서 다시 방으로 걸어들어가야 합니다. 심지어 뜨거운 물도 안나와서 찬물로 겨우 세수와 머리를 감았습니다. 4. 방에 있는 이불, 베개, 바닥은 토 나오게 더러웠습니다. 하지만 옥상이라 추워서 덮고 있어야 했습니다. 5. 교통이 좋은 것인지도 의문 스럽습니다. 교토역과 버스 2정거장 거리이긴 한데 교토역 인근에도 이런 여관들 있습니다. 이 숙소로 인해 교토여행은 제게 "끔찍함"으로 기억됩니다. 아직도 그 순간을 생각하면 공포스럽고 소름이 끼칩니다. 여행에 대한 트라우마까지 생길 지경입니다. 다시는 저 같은 피해자가 생기지 않았으면 합니다. 제발 가지 마세요.

夜から一泊泊まる方にオススメする

私は連泊しましたが、タオルが1日目しか出してくれなかった。 お風呂が22時までだったため、順番待ちに時間がかかり、入れませんでした。 1人部屋は良かったが、荷物を置いての外出ができなかった。鍵をもらえなかったため。 荷物を持って出る羽目に。

더럽고 불친절하고 최악의 숙소

무조건 체크인할따 숙소요금을 현금일화로 내야하는걸 미리 알려주지 않은점부터 불쾌했습니다.따졌더니 오히려 적반하장으로 나오시는 주인의 태도도 불쾌했고요.일단 나갈때마다 열쇠를 반납해야됬던 것도 불편했습니다.체크인을 한 뒤 간식을 먹다가 남겨놓고 관광을 하고 왔더니 아주머니가 방에 들어오셔서 남아있던 간식을 치우셨더군요. 냉장고에 넣으신것도 아니고버리셨던데 정말 불쾌했습니다.다다미방의 상태도 좋지않고 더럽고 수건과 헤어드라이기같은 기본적인 물품조차도 방에 구비되어있지 않아 달라고 부탁해야했고요. 공용냉장고라서 음식을 넣어두면 사라지던데 관리도 안해줍니다. 정말 최악의 숙소입니다. 같은 돈 주고 호텔가서 자는게 훨씬 더 낫습니다.
