“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system.

“Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice!
Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service.
Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't……
