"Noisy hotel, as you can hear guests in the rooms on top of you, on the sides and in the hallways. Terrible quality of sleep. The hotel is well located and staff is friendly"

"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "
