"Perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Bucerias. The property has three pools, one of which is steps from the beach, all with sun loungers and palapas. It was great to be able to pick and choose between spending time in the ocean or in the pool without having to change location. The onsite bar and restaurant were much appreciated. Our room in the tower was large and clean and we appreciated the quiet air conditioning, although the view of Banderas Bay from the deck was also beautiful. There were plenty of friendly staff taking care of all aspects of the property, but they were never in our way. The hotel is well located as it is a short 10 minute walk - by beach or side street - into town and various coffee shops, restaurants and night spots."

"Absolutely loved the resort. The staff was exceptional. So kind and friendly and we were constantly offered rides in the golf cart while we were in the lobby and walking around the resort. Our room was so clean and it was cleaned daily always with new towels and a restock of the drinks in our fridge, and the shampoo and body wash smelt SO GOOD, I’m trying to find it for my house lol. The food options were pretty good, I would say the Mexican buffet for breakfast and dinner, especially dinner, was far superior than the Italian buffet and the international breakfast. Now the teppanyaki dinner was by far the best. I recommend getting 2 reservations for dinner because I regret not doing it twice. Everything was so good, and the chef put on a show for sure!! All of the lunch options were great as well, especially the shrimp tacos from the bar in tower 6, I forget the name. The coffee bar, organic and co was also delicious and had great non dairy milk options! The private beach club was beautiful as well, and super good food! The ice cream at the 24 hour pantry was awesome too, just remember the ice cream service ends at 9 pm! There was also tons of cute cats and other wild life around the property, lots of iguanas! They did leave poop on the walk ways at times so just look out for that but it never smelt while we were walking around! It was cleaned pretty frequently too from what I could tell. All in all, I loved this resort and hope to be back one day!!"

"The beach is blocked by piles of rocks. Had to buy special shoes to climb over the rocks and get into the water. Very dangerous. Meanwhile access to the beach a little further in either direction was free and clear — no rocks. The room had a beautiful view but smelled of mold and needed updating, old stained furniture and very hard bed with worn bedspread and sheets. It’s beside a highway so there was traffic noise all the time. Food took forever and often arrived cold. Would not recommend. Hardly anyone staying there. Stay in Bucerias proper where the beach is sandy and unencumbered and you don’t have to call a taxi every time you want to go to a bank, a restaurant, or a store. This place has nothing around it and it charges a fortune for the only two good things it offers: a nice pool and a good view on the beach-facing rooms. "
