Excellent from arrival to departure. Staff was friendly and helpful, available but not overbearing. The thermal spas had excellent ambiance with a wide range of temperatures and shelters. Magic

from the moment that we arrived at the resort, it was beautiful. Everything was perfect. We did go in high rain season and to be honest the rains didn't even affect us beautiful comfortable room. We traveled with our 11-year-old daughter and had so much fun she wanted to keep the robe that they left in the room. That's how much she loved it. you will not be disappointed in this location or resort.
