「Parco Del Caribe saved our trip in a time crunch! We had trouble with different hotel arranging a late checkin and had to cancel hours before our trip. From the start, their team was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. They were able to arrange a taxi driver to pick us up from the airport from our late flight and switched up our accommodation to a larger room since we had a longer stay on the island. 「On the first day, I killed a roach. I used the blow dryer and it melted on the plug. They never came to fix it. There was holes in the tiles of the bathroom. The water is warm not hot. The pool paint is old so it gets dirty really quick. You have to request clean up in the morning. The workers talk about how clean or dirty the rooms are and you can hear it last, but at least the breakfast was all right, but it was the same thing just toast with jelly, some fruits, eggs, and ham and cheese...
