Very overpriced for what it is

The broader property (pool, landscaping, etc) is quite nice but the studio we stayed in was cramped, dark and unattractive. The big, dark, clunky furniture ( think - your Grandma's attic) took up most of the space (unnecessarily) and made the space feel small and cramped. Also the carpet is yucky. We normally would never pay such an exorbitant price but we were put in a tough position when another owner cancelled our reservation last minute. For the price we could have stayed in a luxury hotel. There were also some small annoyances such as not enough coffee and no table by one side of the bed. The square footage is somewhat misleading in that it includes 2 foyer-type areas that you done't really use. The location is convenient to the Indian Wells tennis event.

Great little room in a great neighborhood

I wish there were a couple of chairs. Nowhere to sit but on the bed, or on a lounge-like chair. But I would stay in the area again in a bigger room.
