Hot Tub: Replace the cover and ensure jets are off. Fire Table/Grill: Make sure it is completely turned off and gas valve is closed.
Windows/Doors: Check that all windows and doors are closed and locked. Lights/AC/Heat: Turn off lights and return thermostats to 65°F.
Trash: Bag all garbage and place it in the bin in the garage. Do not leave any trash or food inside or on the deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house was perfect for last getaway of the summer. The property had plenty of space for our two family’s and everything you need to cook. The wrap around deck was beautiful as were the views. We enjoyed fishing, were able to walk to disc golf course and enjoyed the town. The outside seating areas were enjoyed by all and can’t recommend this place enough.

Our "bunk bed cabin"

Our entire family, including 3 littles, ages 6, 5, and 3, were sad to have to leave what they loving called "our bunk bed cabin". We all were confortable, king size beds for our tall guys. And Sarah was so responsive to even the tiniest detail! We will stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for 4 couples with private bathrooms for each. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare relaxing dinners at home. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Loved the wrap around deck. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of trees and privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and were able to view the beautiful fall colors right from home. Did some leaf peeping, shopping in La Veta and lunch at the Dog Bar. Thanks for sharing!

This property is perfect for a big family! Has everything you need and the owners are wonderful. The view is breathtaking! We will be staying there again in the future.
