「Wonderful small resort on a clean safe beach. The property is immaculately maintained. The staff was friendly, competent, and so helpful. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to Castries and Rodney Bay where there is great shopping and dining. You will need a rental car or taxis. Walked is really not an option.」

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「We were looking for a clean, safe, and affordable venue for our honeymoon. Bay Gardens checked all the boxes. My wife loves the beach and I like to hike. We hiked Gros Piton, and it is not moderate, by the way. St Lucia fit our needs and the people at Bay Gardens were the best. They have a new facility, Bay Gardens Sapphire that should be outstanding. It will be at a higher price point I think, though. We loved it and hope to visit, again.」

Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.」

「This is a great place! They cater to you and treat you so well. The only thing I’d recommend is room service & a dinner option that is laid back. The dinner options are fancier and there is no room service. That is the only thing! The breakfast and lunch is amazing. They make great drinks. The spa is so nice! We loved the pools and lazy river. I loved how close everything was because it is small you can walk 5 mins or less to everything!」
