“The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans”

“Overall I am a fan of Kimpton properties. They generally all have the same modern vibe so if that's what you're looking for - this place is for you. The hotel is pet friendly with no additional fee which is super nice if you travel with your furry friends. They have a happy hour which was a nice touch and the beds were 10/10 for comfort. There was a 5k going on the weekend we stayed and could hear everything - there is some street noise that travels so if you are a light sleeper maybe pack some……

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
