“I loved staying at this place!!! It's was extra clean and had luxury amenities. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is a 5-Star hotel. It's a newly renovated old school-house turned into a hotel and it's in the cutest town about 20 miles away from the Gateway Arch in St Louis. I especially loved how the hotel kept the school-house theme throughout. The hallways have lockers with the names of classic books. School desks and a chalkboard serve as a notice board where you check where……

“Room was not cleaned on my second day but other than that I had a great stay . ”

“I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout……

“Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party.”

“The staff is very polite. The room was very clean. A little old but clean. The air conditioner was working great. I was able to get a burger next door at dennys and get a good night rest. Woke up full of energy and ready to go to work.”
