“This was our second stay at this property. Everything was as good as last time . We had a wonderful stay. This is such a relaxing property that we hated to leave.”

“Great location within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Very clean, air conditioned with coffee pot , fridge, washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a family and dog. City Park is very close, which our dog loved. Coffee shop is at the corner which was enjoyed by all for their iced drinks and pastries. ”

“We were in town for a few days for a funeral and it was the perfect spot to get to family in and around the New Orleans area. It fit my family perfectly. The home was immaculate and newly renovated and furnished. We were also able to bring our small dog and it had a good size backyard for her. We would definitely stay again!”

“This property is lovely, and the photos are very accurate. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, comfortable living area, and the cleanliness of the space. The proximity to major roads and to the French Quarter also make the location very convenient. Two considerations: when you take a 360 degree view from the front door of the property, just be aware that not all of the surrounding area is in the same condition as the rental property. The other consideration is that we received a “reminder” within……

The address given is 1710, the actual address is 1708, this is not a townhouse and is totally misrepresented in the description. This was not apparent until arrival. The host was not available to contact, we tried by email / phone and via the attached ring doorbell without any response. On arrival the beds looked like someone had been sleeping in one, the other was……

The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. ”
