“Property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, beyond what you would expect for this type of venue. The staff were outstanding, made you feel like part of the fabulous family that owns and operates the venue. Loved the quiet location away from the hustle of New Orleans, yet great restaurants only a few easy miles away. It was the perfect wind down before we flew out the next day. The frogs singing by the canal were amazing! So entertaining! Coffee on the decks, homemade cookies upon arrival,……

“Staff was good and accommodating however they overbooked so we had to choose a different room. There were maintenance issues with our room. Other guests were disturbing in the middle of the night. Being a female, the mirrors were not well placed, lighting was poor and every woman would like a full length mirror in their room!”

The room is elegant, upgraded, clean and comfortable! And yes, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was top tier. I would highly recommend this hotel!”

“We had a fabulous stay! Everyone from the breakfast staff, to the cleaning staff, to the receptionists were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing! The receptionist, Ty, was so helpful and gave wonderful recommendations and helped us set up a tour of the city that was great!”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The Saint is an amazing hotel. The only issue is with the pillows and the mattress. My neck and back have hurt since the first night there. It is partially my fault for not taking my own pillow, but the pillows while offering a variety none had any support. Other than that the hotel location is great and the staff were as friendly.”
