「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「I have stayed at this place twice and it just keeps getting better. Less then two blocs away from Bourbon Street and a half block from Jackson Square makes it a perfect location to enjoy without the noise. The courtyard is sensational. The room was great. Parking is valet and quick」

「AMAZING staff! AMAZING location! Rooms VERY clean! SUPER convenient location! Walkable to LOTS!!! Older (historical?) building so no elevator to third floor we were placed but we were ok with that. It would be ideal to have small refrigerator and microwave in rooms. We had to be strategic when going out to eat to ensure we ordered just enough so we wouldn’t have leftovers. Also, room temperature drinks are not what was craved on hot - humid days when walking back into our room. But...

「This is a boutique hotel, so don't expect too many amenities. Pierre at the front desk was very helpful. This place does not have a bar (it closed around covid time), and does not serve or offer breakfast. There is a microwave you can use and it offers coffee and hot water and tea in the mornings.
