“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very well maintained very nice. In the morning breakfast was a welcoming site with many options. There is a fee to park your vehicle but this is the standard for the area. One item noted during the stay was in the morning, there are 3 elevators for guests to get to the rooms, the one located by its self had a rear door also and during breakfast it would not let you out on the lobby floor only into the work area used by the staff on the lobby floor.……

“I called the hotel to ensure they had room in valet parking. I was told no. I had to find public parking. Then when I checked in they asked if I was parking a car. I said you told me you had no parking. She said I must have called the wrong number. I repeated the number and was told by another worker that was the correct number. Upon check out they asked me if I parked a car I said no. She supposedly emailed the receipt. I never got it. Just checked my credit card and they charged me……

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
