"Cute and cozy boutique hotel with lovely decor. Check-in was very quick and easy. Front desk staff were always friendly, kind, and attentive. Complimentary bottled water, just ask the front desk nicely! Free 2 oz wine tasting. Comfortable king size bed. Good location, short enough walk to Bourbon Street/Jackson Square but far enough from the noise to get some sleep. Sliding bathroom door can be tricky and gets stuck sometimes. Super thin walls. "From the first encounter our experience was excellent. The front desk staff allowed us an early check in and upgraded us to a view room. The valet quickly returned our car so that we could gather some items that we had forgotten. The room itself was immaculate, I especialy liked the glass, drinking glasses and ceramic coffe cups. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, the riverwalk shopping area and river attractions."
