“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

De woning ligt hoog in de bergen, de route ernaar toe is smal, heuvelachtig en niet altijd even makkelijk te bereiden. Hou hier rekening mee. Verder een top woning met de mogelijkheid om veel van de omgeving te verkennen. En een dik compliment voor het ontvangst en de vraagbaak Elettra! Tip: bezoek aan de stad Lucca, La……

“Wij verbleven één week met onze kinderen van 4 en 6 in Casa Anita, en hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Het prachtige uitzicht, het perfect onderhouden huis, het warme welkom door Sandra en Aldo, het zwembad dat we de hele week helemaal voor onszelf hadden en de nabijheid van een charmant Italiaans stadje maakten dit voor ons de ideale vakantieplek.”

“Wir waren mit insgesamt 15 Freunden in der Villa, um dort einen Bade- und Entspannungsurlaub mit einigen Tagesausflügen zu verbringen. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. Das war auf den Fotos nur sehr zu schwer erkennen. Zwischen Pool und Haus gab es einen Pavillon, in dem man als ganze Gruppe sehr gut sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Die……

The road in was not as precarious as others had mentioned and once at the home it’s fantastic. The views are wonderful and all the conveniences one would expect are at your fingertips. “Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

“Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern da (10/12) und einer Freundin der Familie dem ruhigen Ort. 500 Meter um das Grundstück herum kein anderes Haus und keine anderen Menschen. Unser Hund konnte sich frei auf dem grossen Grundstück bewegen (alles abgedichtet, sehr gut geeignet für Vierbeiner). Das Haus verfügt über sehr gutes W LAN, der Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort auch bei kleinen Problemen. Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants im Umkreis werden ebenfalls……

“Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Un extérieur magnifique : piscine, rivière, verdure, un cadre idyllique. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et toilettes. Un vrai plus ! Je recommande vivement cette location”

“Wir haben mit einem befreundeten Pärchen und unseren Kindern zwei schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet und super gepflegt. Alles ist neuwertig und wurde vor Kurzem renoviert. Alle Fenster waren mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Man benötigt definitv ein Auto. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig nur schlecht zu erreichen. Der Pool mit separatem Poolhaus und Kühlschrank ist ein Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen.”

“We spend one beautiful week with our children. Hard to find, but then a wonderful quiet area, great view and many fire flies (so cute!). We managed the roads with our Ford S-Max. Good WLAN for four in the big living room, the terrasse and near the pool. Equipment of the kitchen could be a little bit more (e.g. cups/ glasses, knives and spoon, a toaster would be nice). Supermarkets in Aula on our way to Florence and Pisa. Thank you for this nice place!”

“We had a wonderful week in Al Palaz. Lunigiana is a nice relaxed area, different from the rest of Tuscany. You won't find many freco's, but also little turists. What you will find is beautiful nature and real Italian atmosphere, with nice villages - especially Bagnone and the hammock of Mochigiana. In and aroud the house you've to walk many steps, but it's worth. At the second floor we had a large sittingroom overlooking the valley and two spacious bedrooms with both a badroom. On the first……

“This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”

“Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très ressourçante. La maison est très agréable et très bien décorée, aménagée. Le jardin est très agréable. Le village de Villecchia est très très joli et le point de départ de très jolies ballades/ randonnées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Roby et le calme du village.”
