「The location is great
The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there
My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return

「What a great spot if you want quiet and tranquility, the view was spectacular. Went for a nice walk in the morning along the bluff not a place to go if you do not have a car or don’t bring groceries with you. It’s a bit far out that is what I loved about it. 」

「My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Excellent location in the heart of Ponta Delgado, walking distance to all the great restaurants. They handled our car rental for us, making it super easy (and getting us a great deal!). They have indoor parking available but it’s limited so request a spot early! The breakfast is delivered to your room daily and it’s very tasty, you can customize it as you’d like. The staff were the best part, very...
