Fantastic villa!

We have just arrived home after an amazing week in this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect - lots of space, very well equipped, stunning pool and in a great location (quiet area, with shop and restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute Uber ride into town/to the beach). Excellent communication with the very friendly owner too. 10/10!!

Sesmarias

There are far more positive impressions and memories linked with Villa Sesmarias than negative ones.It is a luxurious villa with much space, three very nice bathrooms and one toilet. Very impressive was the tidyness of this house, I have never experienced that in a house I have rented.The booking process however was a bit problematic, because there were two agencies involved, fewo-direkt and Amarante Villas. Althouigh I paid all deposits in time, Amarante reminded me several times that my payments are missing and it lasted some time and several e-mails to sort things out. In addition, one should not expect current water all the times, there are water cuts during daytime. In the course of the first one, I phoned the local agent who didn't want to be disturbed and informed me in a rather unfriendly way that this happens quite often. There is AC in every bedroom and other rooms, but not all of them can also heat, so that it was cold in at night at least in one bedroom at the end of October. All in all this Villa is a place I would really recommend to other visitors.

Wonderful holiday

Really lovely villa. Fantastic large pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Really great to have a pool table too when you want a bit of A rest from the sun. Great location - easy to walk into town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property with more than enough space for a large family. Well equipped in general, especially the kitchen. Pool is fantastic- certainly one of the largest in the area judging by neighbouring properties.

Villa Sesmarias was great, well equipped and perfect for our family (two adults and two children) There would have been room for even bigger family. The area was very peaceful. We had a rent-a-car and it was easy to take trips to beautiful beaches and villages. We also enjoyed the villas lovely outside dining area and barbeque/grill. The owner was very helpful. We had a great holiday and we enjoyed our stay in Villa Sesmarias. We recommend this villa!

Geweldige vakantie gehad in een 'op-en-top' Villa

Onze vakantie was geweldig. Met 4 personen (2 volwassen en 2 kinderen) genoten van deze prachtige villa. De jongste van 2 jaar heeft ontzettend genoten van het kleine zwembadje wat direct grensde aan het grote zwembad zodat zij elk moment het gevoel had bij ons te zijn. Overigens was dat gedeelte van het zwembad erg prettig om van de zon te kunnen genieten met een boek. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Toen we arriveerden was het netjes en schoon en konden we direct genieten van onze vakantie. We kwamen werkelijk niks te kort. De Wifi werkte goed en door de airconditioning was het binnen zeer goed toeven. De omgeving was adembenemend. We hebben erg genoten van de mooie stranden en prachtige rotsen aan de kust. Daarnaast was het fijn om op korte afstand een mini market te hebben. Met onze huurauto was het gemakkelijk boodschappen doen bij een van de grote supermarkten in de buurt. Kortom, een heerlijke vakantie op een aan te raden locatie.

Geweldig huis en heerlijke locatie

Twee weken in Villa SesMarias gezeten met ons gezin (2 + 3 kleine kinderen in leeftijd tussen 1-4). Het huis is geweldig en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fantastische vakantie. Onze verwachtingen op basis van de foto's waren hoog, maar deze zijn zelfs nog overtroffen. De ruimte in en om het huis is heerijk. Het zwembad is geweldig voor jong en oud met een speciaal kinderbadje. Een kinderstoel en babybedje stond op verzoek klaar. De badkamers en slaapkamers zijn keurig verzorgd. Prima bedden. Airco in de belangrijke ruimtes. Halverwege de vakantie werd het beddengoed vervangen en kregen we schone handdoeken. WiFi is tevens uitstekend. De locatie vonden wij erg prettig. Uiteraard wel een auto gehuurd. Meerdere geweldige strandlocaties op 5-10 minuten rijden. Een supermarktje op 1 minuut lopen met warme broodjes in de ochtend. Tevens een leuk restaurantje op 1 minuut lopen waar je eten kunt bestellen en afhalen. Een grote supermarkt op 5-7 minuten rijden. Een mooi waterpark voor de kinderen op 10 minuten rijden. Portimao op 20 minuten rijden. Lagos op 30 minuten afstand. Al met al hebben we erg genoten en dat is zeker te danken aan de goed verzorgde prachtige villa. Ik zie ons zeker terugkomen op deze prachtige plek. Dhr. L. Bushoff
