With capacity for 9+4 people, it features a large private pool, spacious garden and is a short distance from all amenities, making it ideal for families.The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom with a terrace and separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), 1 room with 3 single beds and an additional toilet.The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room with outdoor access, where you can relax on sunbeds and enjoy the private pool (optional heating). Outside, there is a barbecue, dining table and games area with snooker and table tennis. Parking available for 1 car.With an excellent location, Villa San Juan is just a few minutes' walk from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Carvoeiro beach. Several golf courses are 5 minutes by car.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 9 guests.From the 10th to the 13th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
