Beautiful, comfortable villa "Sunset Haven", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2004 in 2023. Outside the resort, 3.4 km from the centre of Armação de Pera, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. Private: property 1'010 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2 wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars).
