Beautiful, comfortable villa "Sunset Haven", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2004 in 2023. Outside the resort, 3.4 km from the centre of Armação de Pera, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, south-east facing position. Private: property 1'010 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2 wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 800 m, supermarket 1.1 km, shopping centre 13 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 850 m, bakery 800 m, café, internet café 850 m, pedestrian zone 2.6 km, pub garden 850 m, 40 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Praia da Nossa Senhora da Rocha" 1.3 km, diving center 3.4 km.
