不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
When we arrived we were not greeted by the host but managed to get in the open back door. She arrived later the following day, saying she forgot but didn’t really show us around.
The pool was dark green, algae covered which took 3 days to sort out (we eventually received €200 compensation) and tiles coming off. Ants were all over the kitchen and we were told “that’s nature”and the window to our children’s room couldn’t be looked, which was never repaired. No place to put rubbish, bins not available. Also the smell from the cess pit wafted by every now and then.
We were not contacted by the host during our visit (cleaners just turned up without notice) and even when we left, heard nothing.
Overall, very disappointing and would not stay again or recommend to anyone.
