It is close to amenities, and the Boavista golf course is just a few minutes away.

The apartment comprises living room with balcony, an equipped kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub shower, and a master bedroom with double-sized bed.

The living room has a tumble-bed for 1 extra guest, so the apartment sleeps a total of 3 people.

There is WiFi and washing machine.

Parking is done in front of the building and is free (and subject to availability).

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 00:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
