The space
Bright & Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment provides accommodation in a central location, free secured parking, and free WiFi.

Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with a shutter and double-glazed doors that allow you to have a relaxed nice sleep. One of the rooms is ensuite.

It has a very good WI-FI connection and a SMART TV with several channels!

The property features 2 Underground parking spaces and a lift from the garage to the apartment floor.
Guest access
The neirboorhoud is very secured, just a few meters from the old town, without the noise that the city center can sometimes provide.
There is parking outside, free of charge and you will have access to the private garage where you will find 2 allocated spots for your car(s).
Other things to note
All guest information must be provided according to the SEF document that will be sent 24 hours before your check-in by your Host -

You will be required to send us a picture of the main guest. This is mandatory.
If you don't sit us the picture you won't check in on the property.

It's not allowed any extra guests as the ones provided in the booking.

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. This will help to prepare the apartment for your arrival.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Children (2 to 11 years old) are allowed to use the sofa. And there is a quota available. Just keep in mind the total occupancy of the apartment which is 5 persons, including children.

Housekeeping and maintenance is available between 9 am to 5 pm. Any non-urgent problems must be reported during this period to the contacts provided.

Check-in is possible between 3pm and 8pm, after 8pm will be charged €30. Check-out is from 8h00 to 11h00, after 11h00 will be charged €30.

The check-in slot is 30 minutes previously booked with Smart Homes after that time you'll be charged an extra fee. If any emergency happens please let us know in advance.

Only small Pets are not allowed. Parties/events or extra guests are not allowed.

No noise is allowed from 10 pm to 08 am as per the Portuguese policy for residential buildings/ areas.

Non-refundable Bookings
Please note, that if canceled, modified, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The apartment Boiler is settled for up to 2 people. The shower and taps have hot water.
The water warms up very quickly but after 30 minutes the boiler will set off and it automatically sets itself on after one hour.
