「Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us.」

The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. 「Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. 」

「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. 「Property appears to have undergone minor updates. It is located on a busy street that you can hear everything that goes by. Across a cemetery, it is walking distance to Otrobanda's tourist area and main Cruise port. Upside is that it is close to a local supermarket and has parking via the back alley.
