「1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. 「worst of all the worst. microwave is not working, elevator always full. wifi is not working. it took 20-30 mins for me to go downstairs. they did only offer me to transfer on a different room 2 days before my checkout. WORST INCOMPETENT TYPE OF BNB. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MY FACEBOOK POST」

「Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :(」

「Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several issues. Communication with the host was poor, and during check-in, the host had taken the key with her, causing me to wait. When she returned the key, she simply left it in the mailbox without any consideration or apology for the inconvenience. The blanket and pillowcases were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.
