The owner, Cindy, communicated clearly and often. She provided excellent directions to the property which is located high up on a hill in a residential area. The bedding was comfortable. 「This place could truly be excellent, however they just missed the mark in a few areas. 1) The restaurant food quality was almost good but they used toxic seed oils in everything. 2) We booked the sauna only to find it turned off and no towels for us. We turned it on ourselves, told staff to push our appointment back to the next half hour block.
