Laguna Family Hotel

"It has good interior from reception to the pool area. Even to the restaurant part but when it comes to room its quite old. It needs improvement esp the bathroom. The shower's hot water has low pressure. It is also not that clean. There is no ref or kettle available in the superior room. For its price, which is on the expensive side compared to other hotels available, it lacks a few amenities. Going to the hotel rooms, it take a lot of stairs so be prepared and i think this is not senior...

"We expected better stay. Time frame for the buffet is little with few choices of food. We also expected 3 food course as stated in their site, but we only got breakfast. Their suite room is old and needed repair. They should upgrade their toiletries"

"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to...

"The place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room. "

"The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria."
